2. Eligibility
To register as a seller, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Provide accurate and complete business registration documents.
- Consent to verification of your business and personal details.
3. Product Listing and Sales
- Accuracy: Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Legality: All products must comply with local laws.
- Pricing: Display transparent pricing inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Quality: Sellers are responsible for product quality, safety, and expiration dates.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments to sellers will be processed weekly, subject to successful order completion.
- Disputes must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Arvan Grocery reserves the right to withhold payments for fraudulent or disputed transactions.
- Platform Fee: Arvan Grocery collects a 10% margin on each order amount. For example, if you receive an order of ₹200, a ₹20 commission will be deducted, and you will receive ₹180.
5. Seller Obligations
- Ensure timely fulfillment of orders and maintain adequate inventory.
- Respond to customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Prohibited Activities
Sellers must not:
- List counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous products.
- Engage in fraudulent activities or fake reviews.
- Violate intellectual property rights of others.
7. Liability
Arvan Grocery is not liable for:
- Any damages arising from seller misconduct or product defects.
- Losses due to unauthorized account access.
- Platform delays or interruptions.
8. Suspension or Termination
Arvan Grocery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or withhold payments for unresolved disputes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
